Anthony Whatmore completed his Law degree in 1983 at the University of Kwazulu Natal and was recruited by Clemmans & Johnston Inc. in January 1986 as a candidate attorney. He was admitted as an attorney in March 1988 and as a conveyancer in October 1988.In 1997 he established the current practice which has shown steady growth since its inception. Anthony has now been practicing as an Attorney in Durban for over 32 years and has vast experience in all fields of the law but specialises in property law, conveyancing, trusts and asset protection.<\/p>\n

Byron Whatmore is an attorney\u00a0who\u00a0joined the team in May 2009\u00a0in a part time capacity as a research and admin assistant while studying towards his B.Com law degree, which he obtained in 2011. He joined the firm on a full time basis in July 2012 and was\u00a0registered as an articled clerk while completing his LLB degree.\u00a0 He received his LLB degree from UNISA in May 2015.<\/p>\n

Byron specializes in Property Law and heads the Development Division of the conveyancing department at the firm and also focuses on commercial contracts, administration of estates and estate planning.<\/p>\n

Her career spans over 24 years. She initially practiced for her own account, and then worked as a legal advisor at a Development company. Thereafter Whanika headed the conveyancing department at Rob Menzies Incorporated. She also served as a conveyancer at Dykes Van Heerden [Kzn] Inc.<\/p>\n

She\u00a0 headed the Conveyancing and Deceased Estates Department at Ngidi Incorporated, thereafter supervised the conveyancing department at attorneys Maynard Menon Govender Singh Inc.<\/p>\n

Whanika deals with Conventional, Sectional and Deceased Estates , Township and Development Transfers. She is familiar with the requirements of all\u00a0 the major banks. She also deals with Antenuptial Contracts, Notarial Deeds and Servitudes, Wills; and Deceased estates.<\/p>\n

Elizabeth Parker is an attorney who joined the team in March 2018 as a Litigation Consultant. After completing her BA Law degree in Psychology, she went on to complete her LLB through Unisa. She has over 10 years experience in her field. She assesses every matter on its merits and advises clients appropriately on the course of proceedings.<\/p>\n
